Accessing Systems on my LAN from the Internet

I am trying to set up my E-Smith server so that when dialed into the internet I can access the computers that I have connected to the E-Smith server via a 10 base-T hub unit. Is there a way to do this? I am just using a dial up account with a 56 K modem and a static IP address. Also is it possible if I do not have a static IP address?

I think you cant access your network via the internet unless you have an IP assigned by Internic to yous isp sou you can make your static IP visible for aouside users.
explain me a little more about you want to do please,
maybe I can understand more and be helpfull for you

I have a small network setup using a basic E-Smith server as the server and gateway. It is connected to the internet by a dial-up connection. I have a much larger network that has a direct connection to the internet. The larger network is running NT Server 4.0 and has 3com equipment as the router. I want to be able to access systems on the smaller network from the larger network accross the internet. Can this be done. I can get a static IP address for the E-Smith network and I have a static IP address for the NT network.
