How does e-smith (or RedHat Linux) handle USB? Could you use a system with a USB keyboard, modem, and ethernet adapter?

As you probably know, version 4.0 of the e-smith server and gateway is based on RedHat 6.1, which has no USB support. There are no current plans to support USB keyboards, modems and ethernet adaptors, but
the recently released RedHat 7.0 does has support for USB keyboards, so support for USB keyboards at least should not be far off.
