I am can't remember if this will help but when I was at an ISP I always put a reverse lookup for domains. If you can, have your ISP put in a PTR record for you at the static address for berzek.org rather than his ADSL domains.

Shows no CNAME for www on berzek.org.
I believe dyndns sets one automatically or provides for a wildcard.
dig
www.ccare.dyn.dns.org does show a CNAME in the ANSWER SECTION.

I was able to ping 151.38.19.213 and get a response.
