Hi, I want to have 2 domains on 1 e-smith box, I did this internally buy using a virtual domain and pointing to a i-bay. then created the web page in the i-bay. This works great for the LAN but can I register another domain name and have it pointing the same IP as my main domain? has anyone done this? another words
www.widgets.com is on 21.23.24.25 <- main server
www.acme.com is on 21.23.24.25 as well but in a i-bay.

I've done it with about 7 domain names, but using the dns2go.com service

Have your ISP point your respective domain names to your static IP.

In the configuration of your e-smith-server name the server www.yourdomain.com - after your ISP points the domain name to this IP address, you'll get the website from your primary ibay by default.

Set up a virtual domain called www.yourdomain2.com and use any ibay for the content.

Good luck!

Yes you can easily do this. Register as many domains as you want, and point them to the e-smith box. Then create an i-bay to hold the information, and the virtual domain to forward to that i-bay.
Make sure you address the secondlevel domain proper, ie www. Or add it to the list of names the box will respond to.
