additional webserver'S

Yes the big 'S' was because I'm planning on putting a hosting company's web servers behind a e-smith box.

The case is housing a collection of webservers running windoze 2K with real ip addresses, having the esmith connected to the gateway/router and the local part of the e-smith serving a collection of webservers with real ip addresses. One question crops up quickly is how would I be able to stop all web aservices including email and most unwanted ports but allowing thse internal webservers to service requests for mail and web services and ftp?

is it sufficient to have just the www.webservername.xxx listed in the hostnames and addresses box? or is there more to be done in the ipmasq rules ?

basically i could even leave the esmith to respond to its web page if called upon by its real ip address but i need the rest of the webservers to services web requests to their respective real ip addresses behind the e-smith box.

anyone have a clue to this or have already done this please let me know how you accomplished the task.
