Topic: ISP RPM disabled my e-smith mangager

I needed to install an RPM to allow me manual access to the net from the e-smith-manager.  After the RPM install I cannot get access to the manger at all.  I do not have authorization ot view the page!!!.  I can't even view it with lynx. Arg

Has anyone else had trouble and did you get it fixed?

Ok it seems that when you install the ISP RPM (gives flexibility for dial up connections) The permissions for the browser manager gets stuffed.

I had to chmod 755 the /etc/e-smith/web/common,pannel and functions directories.  They changed to x only fot root after the rpm installation.... ARG.

All seems to be ok now and it was worth the time looking into the problem.
