Topic: eql multiple modems patching

I need to set up e-smith to run eql.  This is a program that uses load balancing with 2 or more modems.  In order to do this, I need to be able to patch the kernel and I belive ppp.  How would I go about doing this?? Does anyone have a better idea?? Thanks, James
