I have a client who is using an independent contractor to write their web site. The site will be in the html directory of thier "primary" folder. They have an ibay that is used for data files. I wish to restrict the web developer to the "primary" folder only. I have built a user group with just myself and the web developer as members. I was hoping to use that group persmissions to restrict access. However, the only way I can gain access is by logging in as "admin". Then I can see all the primary folder as well as all the ibays. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to restrict ftp access by user name and group? TIA
