Webmail can receive but not send

Webmail can receive but not send

I just realized my webmail receives but doesn't send. I don't get any messages returned. Sending and receiving via Microsoft OL Express works fine. Any ideas?

Just wanted to add that I'm having the same problem on a newly installed e-smith server.
