Topic: problem with i-bays

Hi! I Own a Webhotel, and need some informations about e-smith! hope someone can help me!

I setup a esmith server and i runs perfectly, buy now i want to create a User account with a password, and give the user aceess to upload and downloade files from the users own directory! and then i have the domain www.domain.com and i have setup My windows DNS server to point the IP!

How do i do, how do i create a user with acces to PHP, CGI etc. and FTP access.. Plz. help me.. If i create a ibay and try to login, the user only get:

230 Anonymous access granted, restrictions apply.

How do i do... PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!

When you create a user from the e-smith manager, it creates a home directory which they can write to. this is accessable via ftp, smb (windoze), appletalk, and a few others. If these home directories are then linked with a virtual domain, it becomes web accesable (I think).
