Topic: Ibays and FTP confusion

I have an Esmith, here is what I would like to do.

Office 1: ESmith computer

Office 2: FTP Client Software

Office 3: FTP Client Software

Office 4: FTP Client Software


I would like to share administrative files with the other offices via FTP.  I do not want my employees to see the files (Just the admins for each office).  Can I set up an IBay to do this?  I have read the manual, but I still cannot get this to work.

Does anyone have a plan... step by step?
