Hi,

I've created a i-bay for one of our users to drop some big files into. I can't get the thing to accept downloads though. How do I do this?

You'll find the only easy way is for your users to use an FTP client to log in to their own account first.
Then they can change directories up two levels untill they see the i-bays, down into the i-bay of choice.  
They should then be able to a save files to the i-bay via FTP.
