Topic: Help with phbbb

I followed the directions in the how to section.. but I must have done something wrong.. since whenever I try to bring up the http://myhostname.com/phbbb/install.php it just brings up the file as a text file.. and does not run it as a PHP....
Any help would be appreciated.
