Topic: Internal workstation VPN connection

I have multiple public (routable) IP addresses on my DSL network.  All of my workstations are able to communicate, but I am unable to reach any of the IP addresses (other than the e-smith server).  I am looking for which hosts file to add (and the syntax) to allow for a second web server, and a VPN connection to my work location.  Does anyone have the appropriate information I need to edit the appropriate files?
