Topic: eMail Stopped receiving

I am having trouble receiving eMail all of a sudden. I am using ver 4.1.2.

I can telnet to my mail server on Port 25.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Have you installed RAV antivirus? We've seen a couple situations where mail stopped working because the RAV trial timed out after 30 days. (Note: some versions of the RAV trial report that you have 60 days to try the software, but in fact only allow 30.

I understand that has been fixed in the latest release.
