I wonder if any one has set up e-smith to forward e-mails to an exchange server that exists on the same lan.
My reason for this is to forward messages from hylafax to my customers mail server because they rely heavily on roaming profiles.
I have set up their mail servers ip address in the e-smith smtp settings but i suspect i may have to set some parameters in the exchange server.
I have set a domain name of faxserver.com (fictitious but it only serves to send faxes) and have tried forwarding their mailboxes to their real addresses and have tried setting hylafax to send emails to their real addresses.
Any help would be appreciated.
