i am running win2k with ntfs and save directly to an ibay how ever once i have saved the file i can't modify it i can delete it but not edit it does any one know how to set the file permissions so they can be mofified

i can change the permissions but i still cant modify it and if i look in the security on the 2k machine it say's i can read write bu not modify
