Topic: modules.conf??

I keep getting the following line in /var/log/messages:

Nov  6 14:22:27 server01 insmod: Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.2.16-22/modules.dep

I don't know if it's a problem or not, but I don't recall seeing it before.  Any ideas on what this is about and if it is a problem?

Its not a problem, one has a more recent timestamp, probably because its been expanded by templates recently.

You can run depmod -a or just ignore it...
