I have looked at the how-to that explains how-to block unauthorized access to a particular file, ie, admin.php in nuke. This could work for me but there must be a better way, especially if I am on a dynamic IP and trying to update my site externally.
Is there some way to get around the AllowOveride None in e-smith and use .htaccess files that would request userid and password to have access to files/directories???
Any ideas guys???
