Topic: reinstallation diskette failure

Utilizing the Admin web interface the process of building a reinstallation disk fails with:  Error occurred while creating the reinstallation diskette

Any ideas?  Workarounds?

Even using the workaround I can't get everything to fit.  And this server is nothing special though it is SCSI (P3/800, DAT tape, Adaptec controller and SCSI HD).

As kernels are growing, how 'bout formatting the floppy at a higher density (using /dev/fd0u1680 maybe?) during the diskette creation?

Any suggestions for me to test, anyone?
