How do i uninstall bpalogin

From a server command line, entering the following should do the job (hopefully):

rpm -e e-smith-bpalogin
rpm -e bpalogin

Didn't work,,

Message was "package not installed"

is there anyway i can stop the services from running as it is looking for the authent server every minute?
