file permissions on web server

Some how I've managed to screw up my file perssions on my web server.
I have links from my public web page to some .pdf  forms that are to be filled out on the web then printed. Well, when the user fills it out the next user sees his Info!
The pdf file is retaining the users data. the box is a 4.1.2 with the apache patch for the .pdf issue installed. Have I some how allowed web users full access?

Thanks

Are both users accessing from the same machine?  If so, it's possible (even likely) that the problem has nothing to do with the web server, but is related to things like the browser cache.  Just a thought.

Well I thought I checked that, your right it is working properly. I just checked from 2 different machines here at home. Sorry to bother you with out checking it out thoroughly.
Bby the way I am in the process of shuting down 2 Win NT4 servers and replcing the with E-Smith boxes. I've totally had enough of MS's Lic. changes. We have 4 Sites across the Country and will be changing them out in 2002.
