I was wondering if i could set up VPN between sme and 4.1.1 and a regular win me machine connected directly to the internet?

I read about etting up vpn between two sme servers, but sme and 4.1.1? is this possible?

how to set up vpn between win me and 4.1.1?

can the whole fing be connected so that the win me machine would not be able to see the machines on the sme's lan?
