Topic: Single Network Card

Hi....

I've got a 3Com NIC plugged into my server and E-mith config thinks there are 2 cards and wants me to choose a driver and IP address for it.  I have a 192.168.0.1 default gateway (ADSL network)... what do I do? I just need my server to be on the network and be able to access the internet... like every other SME server I have used.

Did you select "Server and Gateway" during your setup?  If so, the server wants to setup an outside and internal interface.

If you don't need this, either reinstall, or login via ssh as admin and do the "configure server" option.  One of the selections available is Server Only.  choose that and you should be ok.
