Can I make the default website (www.zny.com) point to an I-bay and the default ftp to an I-bay?

No, you can't do this, at least not with a default installation.

If you can't do it with a default install, how can you do it then?  I too would like to by-pass the primary Ibay and use a different Ibay as the default website.  Is that possible?  I can't get virtual domains to do it.
