Some questions and problems

I know that much of this is simple but I have some problems with my server:

I have a SME - V5 server
system:
Dual Pentium 2 400
1024 MB SD-ram ECC-Registered
2 x Baracuda 20 GB SCSI

After installing the system everything went up running very easy but I want the following

- An Streaming function (like IceCast) because many of our meatings will go over the local network.. I need the following options: -Live streaming, Playback Streaming, and streaming on demand (eg: entering lcl.servername.nett:8000/[meating]/[date]

- The Windows Sharing utility is woring perfect but when I set the max amot of MB in the userprofiles every share shows that amot.. I want different values on the different shares..

Hoping for answeres on these questions.. SME is the most perfect system I've ever tried on the office-LAN..

I am by no means a Linux professional or guru, but if I were to investigate how to do this I would think it may be done by setting a group quota and assigning a group owner to that share.  When the user paths to that directory you could assign permissions so it sets the group id when the user paths to that share, which would then enforce the group quota.

Just my thoughts.  I have no idea if this would work or if I am even heading down the right path.

Good luck, and it would be nice to if you could post back here if and how you get this to work.
