hi there i have a huge problem... I have a site where users "used" to be able to submit downloads, but somehow or something has gone wrong. they can't anymore..
The short story:
I installed SME 5.1.2 , upgraded to php 4.1.2
everything but uploading through the internet works, have been through the php.ini about 100 times.
Can anyone help me please
