does anyone know how to allow for site to site transfers in e-smith ????
user can get ftp acess but it wont allow fxp
following error


226-Transfer complete.
226 Quotas off
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (164,8,18,76,5,125)
PORT 164,8,18,76,5,125
500 Illegal PORT command.
Site to Site Transfer Failed! (Attempting alternative method)
PASV

I would check this document out:

It appears you need adjust yoru proftpd configuration.  Be careful, proftpd.conf is templated, I recommend creating a custom template.
