Looking for surgestions

single domain

domainname.com

site A all mail MX records point to site A server SME 5.1.2  users at that site collect email from the server all ok.

Site B same company 2000 kms away want to send and recive email useing the same name of username@domainname.com.

How would i get Site A server collect all email and hold on to the mail for the users not on this server. then get Site B server collect mail for its users from site A server.
