Topic: problem with awstats

i keep getting these emails from the cron daemon running awstats,

subject:
Cron /etc/e-smith/events/actions/awstats-run -s -n

body:
Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /etc/e-smith/events/actions/awstats-run line 49.

has anybody gotten these? awstats still seems to be running fine, but these emails are getting annoying.
