Topic: Software Raid problems

Hi,

I'm trying to use 2 40Gb UWSCSI as a software raid solution with SME 5.1.2.
at install time, everything seems to be ok, my disks are recognized and the install script tries to format "/" as it does normally with any classic installation but this is extremely looooonnnng.
It's for now at least 45mn that it has begun and it is still not finished, I'm wondering now if there is something wrong ...

Is that delay normal ?

Formatting can take a long time, even more than an hour. It is also quite normal for the synchronising of the 2 disks to take a very long time (the first time). Might even take a few hours before it finishes, depending on size and speed.
