Topic: find file created between time?

Hey all
  A little more generic question -- I am trying to create a crontab with a parameter to find files in an ibay created between 6:00p EST and 8:45p EST two days ago or greater.

  I can't determine the flags in FIND to do this.  Can someone help please??
