how to open TCP /UDP ports and asign bandwidth priority.

Hello,
I am quit new to linux, but good in networking concepts. I have installed sme 5.1.2 gateway and server. now there are few things that I want to change to customize it for my requirements.

1. we use Quicknet's Internet switchboard software (h.323 client app) which ask for ports TCP 1720 (inbound-outboand), UDP 1720 (inbound-outboand), and UDP 1721 to be opened firewall for it to work, HOW TO DO IT?

2. if it starts working, basiclly it will, Than I would like to asign priority (QOS) to that port/application, i.e  when I am making a call (H.323) over DSL which is shared by everyone in the company using SME, it should give me the minimum gauranteed bandwidth of 12kb, i know its tricky, but i m shure some one must be knowing to do it.

3. and last, we are using multi-drop method for downloading our mails, and we have accounts with multiple ISPs, in SME/server-manager i see only one pop account info which you can provide, HOW TO CONFIGURE MULTIPLE POP ACCOUNTS.

i hope m not asking for too much.

Thanks
Shailesh

well, I don't know about priority, but you can try at least limit bandwith to other aplications with CBQ!!  like 32 kbps in port 80, 28kbps to 25 and 110 ports, etc,
