Hello, im e-smith user since version 3, im in love with this distro, it help me a lot, its easy to use and have a lot of contribs, (thanks to all the developers!), i recently found snf mandrake security, its a really cool sw, a mandrake distro like SME (i think they got some ideas from sme if you see the admin console), i tested this version and found some interesting features, like snort, prelude and bastille built in, you can configure a squid to authenticate the user, and installs by default squidguard, and time restictions for the users, you can control what protocols will be available for the segment of the lan you made available to surf the net, you can specify a segment of IP´s with privileged access over the squidguar rules, its very easy to use and configure you can use more than two nic´s and many other features, i think we can make a very cool solution using both sw, because SME has features like webmail, web, file and print server, antivirus and its more mature than snf, and i know that there exists a lot of contribs for snots and the other features, but you save time using snf, i would like to know comments from sme experts, you can find the info here
