Topic: restrict download size

Hi,

We would like to restrict our users to a maximum download size.
Can someone tell me how to implement this on the sme server.
I know there's a squid option reply_max_body_size but i can't seem to make it work.
Anybody got experience with this? Help would be greatly appreciated.
