Topic: 5.1.2 to 5.5 Upgrade with 2 hard disks (not mirrored)

Does anyone know if I can automatically upgrade a system from 5.1.2 to 5.5 if I have 2 hard disks.

I added another drive which is mounted as /home. (/dev/hdb3 with a volume name of home)
