Topic: Error to create account user

When I try to create a user in my mitel 5.5 server-manager I receive the error :

Error: the account "giselly" can't be created because there is already a user-deleted account of that name.

But user doesn't exist in mitel 5.5 server manager..

somebody have a idea what happened ?

Search on this board for "user-deleted" (over all dates) and you will find both an explanation and instructions for correcting the problem.

Ok its fine,

but now i can't reset the user password.


I search in forum and don't find nothing.
