Topic: fibre channel again

Hi folks,

I'm still trying to get two things together :

My server with a emulex LP8000 adaptor ( alt. a qlogic 2100 ) - fibre channel - connecting to a compaq ra4000 external san raid box and - off course - SME server.

Lloyd Keen has postet that it should work with the qlogic card but I could not find any way to get the card(s) recognized by SME ( neither 5.1.2 nor 5.5 ).

I'm about to surrender which off course is not what I want.

So, ANY hint taking me to what I want would be VERY appreciated.

I have no idea if this will make any difference, but it is a 2.4 kernel.
