Topic: PPTP VPN question

How do I find a log that will show me the currently connected VPN PPTP users and the IP address assigned to them for the PPTP session?

A log showing the connection history would be helpful as well.

Anyone know if 2 SME servers on the same subnet allowing PPTP could possibly assign the same IP address to different PPTP users?  Does SME check to see if the LAN IP is in use before it assigns it?

The only thing I can tell you is that SME pulls the PPTP IPs from the top of the DHCP range, and allocates them statically. http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=13465.msg51044#msg51044 has details on that. Sorry I can't help with anything else...
