Topic: can't log in webmail

After updating 5.12 to update 3, it's impossible to log into webmail (wrong username or password). Pop3 and smtp work, but no imap.
In the log files (httpd/error_log) there's somthing like:

mod_ssl: Cannot open SSLSessionCache DBM file /etc/httpd/logs/ssl_scache' for writing (store) (System error follows)
System: Permission denied (errno: 13)

Please help

I have the same pb after applying upg3 to  5.1.2

Any idea ?
