Topic: Webmail and SSL

I am using e-smith 4.1.1.  I have enabled webmail via SSL only and it works fine.  When I go to http://www.mydomain.com/webmail, I get the webmail over http is disabled. Which is fine and good.  My questions are:
1.  What tells the webserver to redirect an http request to the webmail alias to this page?
2.  Where is this configured at (in Apache is that is where it is)?
3.  Where is this index file located on the e-smith server.?

I found the template in
/etc/e-smith/templates/home/httpd/html/horde/imp/SSLonly/index.shtml.  But, I want to know where the real file resides and how all of this is configured.

Never Mind.  I was looking on my 4.0.1 server and not the 4.1.1 server.  Found everything that I was looking for.
