It's built in !!
It's ok right out of the box with W2K or XP, but for win98 you must apply 128bit encryption patch from Micro$ost. Or you can use 40bits encryption through modifying the .conf file.

I need to put ms-chap in to my sme 5.5 dialup. The reason is that I have to connect to a MS srerver on my ISP side I have an analog dedicated line
