Topic: port 1433 being blocked ?

Hello,
 I am trying to register MSSQL site over the web.  I am running 4.1 gateway/server and the problem I am getting is a connection problem.  I am not sure where my problem is and I would like to know if for some reason port 1433 is being blocked.  Is there a way to inquire on the status of ports?

Yes, it is being filtered.

To view ipchains rules, ipchains -L |more
