Topic: open & close ssh port for unison session

Hi,

I have set up Unison to mirror a data drive to an offsite server (and many thanks to all the contributors at star-support for the excellent tutorial & linked downloads).

This is the only authorised use of the ssh ports on each computer.

Is it possible that the cron job that runs the unison session could also open and close the ssh port?

Any thoughts about a script I may use on both servers?
