Topic: Starting DDCLIENT as daemon

Hello,

I just installed the RPM of ddclient 3.6.3beta2, made my config.
Then started manually and all was fine.

But ddclient isn't started at bootup time, even if I set /sbin/chkconfig --add ddclient.
Also adding an softlink in rc7.d doesn't start it up.
... and how can I be sure that it runs as daemon?

Has anyone a solution?
