Topic: Continuous formatting during install

I'm trying to install e-smith on a P200 32 megs 2 gig hd, during install it gets to the stage where it says "formatting / filesystem..." and just keeps trashing the disk for over an hour!
The weird thing is that I installed it on the same box yesterday and I didn't have this problem but  it didn't find my 3com 3c509 isa cards so I figured I'd try again with different cards.

I  tried a different box and now the install is running fine. The only dfference between the two was the memory, same amount different chips.
