What is the port forwarding in the server manager for and how does this relate to ipchains? How do i configure ipchains at the command line?

Port forwarding I use to point a an external port to an internal port and ip address on  another machine on my internal network.

1. stop your httpd service

2. start rinetd ( change config file rinetd.conf)
