No, it was not good.  I'm not a real tape guru, but what model/brand tape drive are you trying to use.  Also include you flexbackup.conf file as well.

The tape unit is a Travan 20/40

The only "flexbackup.conf" I can find is a directory.  Which file do you need?

tks.

The link Darell May sent should help.  I wanted to see what your current parameters were set at.   The flexbackup.conf file is in the /etc directory.

I installed the suggested RPM the File dmc-mitel-flexbackup-0.0.1-2.noarch.rpm 6944 Oct 22, 2002 10:07 and it does not add the option to my admin panel.

Any suggestions?

tks.

I just tested and can confirm it installs and works fine.  If you happen to use IE and have caching enabled (default) try hard refreshing your server-manager. (CTRL-F5).

This is what I have as well but still no advanced tape options are viewable in the web portion of the interface.  I have also tried refreshing my screen in IE.
