Topic: Mail and internet access slow down.

I have a client that is on a 380k DSL. Many times when users will try to send e-mail it will disappear into cyber space and with only a few users hitting the web at any given time (i.e. 2 or 3) we get down to a snails pace. Please advise as to what I should look for. I have check many of the log files and such but I am not seeing anything that would give me any indication as to what might be a problem.

What do you mean it disappears into cyberspace?
You also have to experiment with the slow downs.
For example, if you are referring to slow internet web site browsing, try a different web site (url) is it slow there as well?
Try a bandwidth test at say dslreports.com.
How big is your server (processor/ram)
