Hello People

i am trying to install a psybnc on my server but when i type make menuconfig   (psycbnc) is mentions i need openssl. when i downloaded the openssl-0.9.6-13 rpm and tried to install it it gve me msg's which say it was conflicting with openssl-0.9.6b-13 rpm??
being new to linux... and  what confuses me is that if there is an opssl loaded on the 5.1.2 server why isnt the psybnc make menuconfig seeing it ?? im a doing somthin wrong?

it also mention i need ncurses  so i can use the gui ?? any one know where i can get that file from
